The King's View: Justice Matters: Why Connecticut needs the Death Penalty

Deliberations of Hayes Trial, Day 2

I have been following the Petit family murder case from the beginning and find myself angry and repulsed by the victimization of the system that is to determine the very outcome of what is the most heinous and outrageous crime that cannot even be explain in vocabulary terms! It is enough to cause complete revulsion to the soul, yet we look and watch, and realize that the truth of the matter is lay hidden beneath the same mental and emotional process that supports the depth of evil of the defendants. To be led down a path, where untruths are offered to conceal reality, to conceal the real depth of emotion of evil, by trying to convince a jury that there is even a mitigating factor great enough to produce such evil is outrageous! There are not mitigating factors! The factors presenting, such as childhood rearing, a follower personality, a burglar history, drugs, even money..none of these are in any way an excuse for contribution to this extent of evil! It is a life long personality of exploiting every opportunity for the benefit of the self and the mentation that all humanity is vulnerable to the game of vulnerability to victimize, that is the history of this person we call Hayes! He is a cannibal of society and has eaten his way through the system, taking, consuming all that was ever offered to assist on his behalf and the truth is, he sees all persons as fools and all persons as vulnerable objects. The repulsion continues when we see the defense playing the same game! No wonder Hayes was perplexed by his attorneys! He knows he is guilty! He knows there are consequences! For one moment of truth, he spoke when he said he wanted to plead guilty at the beginning of this trial! He was turned down by his own defense team who threatened to not take the case should he plead guilty! He was set up to continue the lie by our very system that plays the sociopathic role of not being true to feelings and the heart which tells the truth in this case, and his own evil has been supported by the heinous role of the defense in presenting "evidence" for "mitigating factors' which are sensation only! This is the work of as calculating a legal system as the one who helped to create the unfathomable extent of destruction that Hayes himself committed. He has been supported to never have to stand for his consequences by the support of his defense team, who believes they will never be held accountable for the extent of their own lying and misrepresentation presented by a well covered "legal system"! This is so outrageous as to cause one to feel sick down to the depths of the eternal soul of consciousness that we all share! We, as a people, are being victimized by our own vulnerability to the states legal system and the manner of which we are held accountable to follow its rules. This is so beyond my ability to accept that I am at a loss for believing it is even bearable! This jury is being taken down a victim's road, and being forced to come up with a decision based on legal rules, when in heart, we know what is right! They know what is right! This case requires the death of this murderer for the vulgarity he considers life to be and we must stand for what is right and true! Life is beautiful and full and meant to be unveiled in the context of love and gratitude. It is not meant to be vampire-ed by the ultimate abusers of society and the legal system that protects them. We are a nation of free people, yet we are being held hostage ourselves by a legal system that is not able to handle the depths of immorality that is at the heart of this case. These regular rules of this legal system, demonstrated by this trial should create a mistrial by the fact that we have been held small by the conformities required, when this case, by its very nature requires a bigger understanding of the depth of evil we are dealing with. We have the depravest of humanity, having exhibited the handiwork of their immortal evil souls, victimizing the purest of innocence found in the benevolence of three innocent women, sleeping and dreaming, then taken to hell, yet our laws inhibit the recognition of this level of depravity by even allowing a game of win or lose as is demonstrated by this court case. The jury has been set up to fail, to fail all of us, as the only way to handle evil at this depth is to do the one thing that it, this evil supported in Hayes, has never experienced and needs in order to transform our society. It needs to feel vulnerable. It needs to feel human. It needs to have its immortality taken away from it. It needs to experience the process of facing its own death. And in that process, these defendants will have to face all of their own demons and ultimately face the greatest of unknowns that we all face. Our own mortality and the consequences of our lives. I pray that the power of love and mercy will find her way into that jury room and lead their consciousness down the path of what living moral lives is about, and to show the jury that to live a moral life, is to make decisions that will stop evil, allow death to be the greatest teacher, and sentence Hayes to the death penalty.
